Create Your Own ZINE— A Fun One-hour Workshop

On Wednesday, August 9, from 11 to noon, Travis Rusk will hold a beginners workshop

in the library for creating small handcrafted books. The workshop is open to youth ages

seven to fourteen, chaperones welcome. Materials will be provided. To register, or with

Zines are typically small, self-published books that people can make, often with a photo

copier, and distribute them however they wish. Book artist Travis Lusk will share how to

craft three “EAZY” templates for creating your own amazing ZINES!”
